O&A's Office Manager, Ruth Howarth, provides administrative support to all staff, helps coordinate campaign planning studies and schedules all of the firm's workshops and seminars. A native of Wales, Ms. Howarth attended the Welsh College of Music and Drama, Cardiff Teacher's College and Laban Art of Movement Studio at the University of Goldsmith London. While in Wales, she worked in theater and education and founded the Theater Powys Dance and Education company.

Ms. Howarth is an accomplished cook, chocolate connoisseur, and is happiest wearing hiking boots. She is a passionate advocate of using magnets to keep the body healthy and in balance.
