O&A works with you to develop a position description tailored to attract quality candidates. The description will also include any essential development skills identified during the needs assessment. |

Next O&A conducts the search utilizing the most appropriate outlets. Our staff will place the ad, receive and review the resumes, prioritize candidates, and schedule interviews. |

Finally, O&A will conduct interviews with qualified candidates. Interviewees will be screened for their development experience, knowledge of the field, motivation, and fit with the needs of the organization. Following initial interviews, we will recommend up to three candidates for the position. |
